Maruti Suzuki Victoris is available in a total of six variants with mild hybrid petrol, strong hybrid petrol and CNG powertrain options
Maruti Suzuki has implemented a price revision for a couple of top-spec variants of its newly launched Victoris SUV – the first adjustment since its India debut midway through last month. The increase affects only the ZXi+ (O) six-speed manual and ZXi+ (O) six-speed automatic trims of the midsize SUV with the hike set at Rs. 15,000 each.
The Victoris is sold exclusively through Maruti’s regular Arena dealership network and following the revision, the SUV’s ex-showroom price range spans from Rs. 10.50 lakh to Rs. 19.99 lakh. The price hike comes amid the model’s early market entry phase where the brand is gauging demand and positioning it competitively in the growing SUV segment.
Apart from the price adjustment, the Victoris continues to offer same features and specifications. In just a few weeks, it garnered over 25,000 bookings in India and is positioned alongside the Grand Vitara in terms of pricing and market appeal. The Victoris is also retailed with two engine options: a 1.5L mild-hybrid petrol and a 1.5L strong hybrid petrol.
