The second generation Hyundai Venue will go on sale on November 4 and it gets an assortment of revisions inside and out
Hyundai Motor India has officially opened bookings for the all-new Venue today ahead of its market launch on November 4, 2025. The Venue has always been one of Hyundai’s biggest success stories in India, with more than seven lakh units already sold. The second largest carmaker in the country is now preparing to push the envelope further with a sharper design language, revised interior and a suite of connected features.
Bookings are now open for an initial amount of Rs 25,000 through dealerships or Hyundai’s Click-to-Buy platform. At first glance, the new Venue looks more muscular and substantial than before. The SUV now stands 48 mm taller and 30 mm wider than its predecessor too which should help liberate more space inside the cabin.
The more prominent dark chrome grille, horizon-style LED light bars at both ends, quad-beam LED headlamps, and more prominent wheel arches are accompanied by in-glass ‘Venue’ emblem, sculpted body lines and bridge-style roof rails. The Venue’s cabin takes a radical step forward as it gains a clean H-theme layout with dual-tone Dark Navy and Dove Grey upholstery and a terrazzo-textured dashboard finish.

Undoubtedly, a standout feature is the twin 12.3-inch curved panoramic display setup – one for the infotainment system and the other for the digital instrument cluster. Ambient lighting, a D-cut steering wheel and a floating coffee table style centre console are other highlights. Hyundai has also paid special attention to practicality of the second generation Venue.
The extended 2,520 mm wheelbase is said to translate into more legroom while the scooped seatbacks and wider door openings are claimed to improve ingress and egress. Features such as two-step reclining rear seats, rear AC vents, electric 4-way driver adjustment and window sunshades are also available.

Under the hood, the 2025 Venue will continue to offer three engine choices – a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.0-litre turbo petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel. Transmission options include a six-speed manual, a six-speed torque converter automatic and a seven-speed dual-clutch unit. In a notable shift, Hyundai has also introduced a new naming strategy for its variants.
These have been labelled under the “HX” badge – short for Hyundai Experience and they start from HX2 and goes up to HX10. Customers can choose from six monotone colours and two dual-tone finishes this time around. Of which Hazel blue and Mystic sapphire are new single-tone shades while the DT sees the addition of Hazel blue with abyss black roof.

Commenting on the debut of the new-gen Venue, Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer, Hyundai Motor India Limited, said, “The Hyundai VENUE has been one of the most loved SUVs in India, with over 7 lakh customers choosing it for its perfect blend of design, technology and performance. With the all-new Hyundai VENUE, we are taking this success story even further, redefining bold design and modern premium-ness while integrating advanced technology that resonates with the aspirations of today’s new-age customers.”
