Hyundai garnered total sales of 69,894 units in October 2025; Venue and Creta combined to post their second highest ever monthly sales

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) finished the month of October with total sales of 69,894 units – a figure powered largely by the brand’s SUV portfolio. Of this total, 53,792 units were sold domestically while 16,102 units were exported – indicating a healthy 11 per cent year-on-year increase in international shipments.

The festive season spread across Dussehra, Dhanteras and Diwali coupled with the upbeat economic sentiment following the GST 2.0 reforms played a key role in improving overall demand. At the heart of Hyundai’s success were its top performers – the Creta and Venue – which together achieved their second-highest ever monthly sales ever.

The duo clocked 30,119 units in October 2025 as their strong run in the fiercely competitive compact and midsize SUV segments has been exemplified. Looking ahead, Hyundai is gearing up to sustain this momentum with the arrival of the new generation Venue, for which bookings are already underway ahead of launch in a couple of days.

Speaking on the sales performance, Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director & Chief Operating Officer, HMIL said, “At Hyundai Motor India, we witnessed robust market demand and high consumer enthusiasm leading to second highest monthly sales of our formidable SUV duo – the Hyundai CRETA and VENUE combined, with 30,119 units sold. We expect to accelerate this momentum with the upcoming launch of all-new Hyundai VENUE, which is already open for bookings.”

Under the bonnet, the new Venue continues with the existing set of powertrains – the 1.2-litre petrol, 1.0-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel with manual and automatic transmission choices. One of the key additions is the availability of a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission in diesel.
